The Sanctuary Condos
The Heron, The Ibis, The Golf Village

One of the nicest areas of Sanibel Island is the Sanctuary at Wulfert Point. The Sanctuary offers an Arthur Hills Championship 18 hole golf course for members and their guests.

Membership also includes a Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Pool and Tennis Courts.

 

There are vacant properties available from $199,900 to $949,000. Homes are currently available from $995,000 to $2,999,000. The Sanctuary is located on the northwestern end of Sanibel just a couple miles from Captiva Island. The beaches are close by as well as access to the over 20 miles of biking and walking trails.

There are three condos located at the Sanctuary: The Ibis, The Heron and The Golf Village.

Pictured to the right is the Ibis Condo. Currently the Ibis has five listed condos ranging from $377,500 to $475,000. All the listed units are two bedroom, two bath.

Shell Island Beach Club

Located at 255 Periwinkle Way on Sanibel Island, Shell Island Beach Club is always a favorite! This condo is direct gulf front on the eastern end of Sanibel, just a short walk to the Sanibel Lighthouse.

Whether you want to walk for miles on our famous beaches, relax in the sun, or check out our historic lighthouse... Shell Island Beach Club might be just right for you!

The east (lighthouse) end of Sanibel is a popular area with some of the best beach areas, not to mention some of the best shelling in the world!

If you get tired of the beach, Shell Island Beach Club has a large pool and spa, tennis and shuffleboard to keep you busy. On the shoreward side of the resort you have over 20 miles of walking and bike trails to enjoy.

 Sanibel Siesta

Sanibel Siesta is a gulf front condominium located on Fulgur Street on Sanibel. This 62 unit condo is just a short walk from the Beachview golf course. Sanibel Siesta is a full service condo with an on-site rental office, and all the best shopping and Sanibel restaurants aren't very far away!
