2018 Looks to be a great year too!
It's always interesting to check out same-time sales over the years to see how our market is doing.
As the chart below shows, our Sanibel home sales are up, as well as an increase in average selling price. Sanibel Island condos are down slightly in number sold, but up in the average selling price. It's great to see our market doing so well!
We currently have 190 Sanibel home listings, and this looks like 2018 is going to continue our brisk real estate market. It's currently snowing up north and our traffic has increased as northerners come down to enjoy our beautiful winter weather!
